NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS IN ITALY
Please note that after sending the scanned copies for a new account, you will need to send the original copy of Contratto Clienti’s page 22 signed as indicated (2 signatures are required) and original copy of Allegato 4 (only if you opt for Regime Fiscale Amministrato) via registered mail to ActivTrades Plc – Via Borgonuovo 14/16, 20121 Milano, or via your Certified Electronic Mail (CEM) to [email protected]. Please send the above mentioned documents in order to activate your account. Please also note that your trading account will not be enabled until we receive a copy of Allegato 4, if you have opted for regime fiscale amministrato.

Due to regulatory restrictions, clients residing in Poland are restricted to a maximum leverage of 1:100.
